Donna Daniels - Owner/ Director
Donna Daniels has been teaching for over 20 years in New Jersey and the tri-state area. She started as a professional dancer with a career in theater, casino revues, show bands and a variety of musical productions. Donna has traveled abroad using the talents she has to perform all over the world. She then branched into choreography, directing and producing shows at different venues. She has choreographed shows for Trump Taj Mahal, Bally’s, Caesars, Hilton, Claridge, Sands and Showboat.
Donna has produced and directed seven years of Christmas shows starring Andrea McArdle, Louise Duart, John Byner and Mickey Rooney. She also has choreographed, “For the Reason He Came” for Trinity Broadcasting Network Donna also co-founded the Christian Performing Arts group, In His Steps in 1999. She has recently worked on shows with Louise Duart, Kathie Lee Gifford and Fred Travalena.
Donna received her dance education in North Jersey from Joyce Christiano and then moved on to New York City working with dance educators from Broadway Dance Center and Steps, New York City.

Ashley Tabano recently graduated with honors from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance. She has been trained in ballet, jazz, tap, modern, lyrical, and pointe. As a child she studied dance at Encore Productions in Absecon, NJ and performed in various productions in Atlantic City. Those productions include: Reflections of Woodstock, Andrea McArdle’s Family Christmas, Louise DuArt’s Christmas Show, the Magical Christmas Wish, and several Nutcracker performances. She also competed in various national competitions and has won national titles at several venues.
At NYU, she was also cast as a soloist in Alonzo King's Koto. She has had the opportunity to work with many well known choreographers and teachers from all over the country. In the summer of 2003, she was chosen to study abroad in Salzburg, Austria at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance where she studied with many European choreographers and teachers. Aside from her dance training, she has assisted directors in many different shows in Atlantic City such as Mickey Rooney’s Christmas Memories and John Byner’s Christmas.
Judi Michael-Engle began her dance training with Encore Productions. In 1994 at the age of thirteen, Miss Judi was accepted to study on scholarship at the prestigious Bolshoi Ballet Academy of Moscow, Russia.
Miss Judi graduated from the Bolshoi Academy in 1995, and competed in the Prix de Lausanne International Ballet Competition in Lausanne, Switzerland. Judi was placed in the top 24 dancers in the world.
Miss Judi has studied with the American Ballet Theater in N.Y.C, the Boston Ballet, The Rock School of the Pennsylvania Ballet, and performed professionally in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, and A Mid-Summer Night’s Dream with the Pennsylvania Ballet.
Katie Roesch graduated from Point Park University with a BA in Jazz dance performance. She is trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, and contemporary dance. She has performed with numerous companies including Walt Disney World, Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, and Legends In Concert. Katie has had the honor of performing all across the United States as well as abroad to countries such as Seoul, Korea to perform in various shows.
Recently, she became a full time teacher and choreographer and her work has received several awards. In addition, Katie has served as a judge for many popular dance competitions. Katie loves sharing her passion for dance with students of all levels and ages and she looks forward to rejoining the Encore family where she trained growing up.
Ashleigh Machkovskaya began her training at 3 years old at Encore. She began dancing professionally at 16 performing in the US and Europe. After moving to Russia she continued her teaching career in St. Petersburg. She was a sought after dancer, teacher and choreographer both here and abroad. She returned to the U.S. And joined the staff at Encore 4 years ago.
Christina Raine received her dance training at Encore Performing Arts Center. She is trained in various styles of dance including; ballet, pointe, acrobatics, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and hip hop. She has been teaching at Encore since 2005. Over the years, Christina has performed in various productions with Encore, including Andrea McCardle’s Family Christmas and Mickey Rooney’s Christmas Memories. She started her professional career in 2011 working as a performer at Six Flags Great Adventure. She also had the postion of dance captain in Stephen Sorrentino’s ‘Voices In My Head,’ at the Tropicana in Atlantic City.
More recently Christina has performed in Celebrate the Season at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World and is a proud member of The Actors’ Equity Association.
Todd Jones attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA, majoring in Music Production & Engineering. There he honed his musical skills, and learned to write and arrange music for large ensembles. hired as musical director, singer, and bass player for a nationally touring show band.
In 1987, after a year of touring, Todd relocated to Las Vegas to continue with his career as a band leader/performer. Todd used the experience to garner more opportunities, writing music for local shows, both on and off the Las Vegas strip.
In 1994, Todd built his own commercial recording studio, Montage Productions, which he operated for the next seven years. During that time, he became an accomplished audio engineer, and recorded and produced dozens of CDs and hundreds of projects. Over the last several years Todd’s music has been heard on several network televisions programs, including Dateline NBC, and America’s Most Wanted. In 2007, he scored the music for the 13-part documentary series, ‘Odyssey: Driving Around the World’, which aired in over 80 countries on National Geographic’s Adventure Channel.
In 2011 Todd relocated to NJ. In addition to his job a music director for ENCORE, he works a music producer/composer, and audio engineer.
Sean Griffith has been performing in theater since his early teen years. He has his BA in communications from Azusa Pacific University. Sean met his wife Karissa while touring with Impact Production's, The Masterpiece, an internationally touring and award-winning stage production. He and his wife Karissa have performed off-Broadway and at the International Arts festival in Kunming, China. Sean has been writing and producing sketches for over 20 years. Sean is the founder of Sojourn Productions where he has produced over 14 shows as well as directed and choreographed many of them.
Aurora is a graduate of Penn State University. Aurora moved back to NJ returning to her passion of coaching and teaching gymnastics and cheerleading. She has been studying gymnastics and contortion since the age of 5. She also attended the Gloucester Institute of PA and has trained in the air at Wildwood Catholic creating new and exciting high flying stunts! She has competed for years and has won many top high scores and awards throughout the country. Aurora is also involved with competitive cheerleading and hopes to bring her knowledge and skills to the kids of Encore.
